No deck required. Bring one recurring process that feels slow, repetitive or fragile, plus a rough idea of how often your team handles it.
What happens after the call?+
You will leave with two or three practical opportunities. If a deeper audit or build makes sense, we will outline the scope plainly. There is no obligation.
